Pointer Israel Ltd. (the "Company" and/or "we") is the franchise owner and operator of thehttps://www.pointer4u.co.il/ website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") reviews the types of information collected from users of the Site by the Company, including Site surfers and users, including subscribers and customers of the Company's services ("Customers" and "Services"; visitors to the Site, including customers, will hereinafter be referred to as "User(s)" and/or "You" and/or "You"), the ways in which information is collected by the Company, the uses that will be made of the information by the Company and your rights with respect to the information. The Company owns the databases collected as part of the use of the Services, as detailed in this Privacy Policy.  

This Privacy Policy is worded in the masculine gender for convenience only and applies equally to both sexes. All that is stated in this Privacy Policy in the singular – even plural in the meaning.

The collection and processing of personal information of users by the Company are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 , the regulations promulgated under the law, as well as the other laws applicable to the Company. As detailed in detail in this Privacy Policy, the Company collects and processes information collected from Users for various purposes, inter alia, for the purpose of providing and managing the Company's services within the Site, including operation and security of the Site, providing a response to users who contact the Company and for marketing purposes.

The personal information collected by the Company as detailed in this Privacy Policy will be retained by the Company for the period required to fulfill the purpose of its collection, or for a longer period, if required of the Company in order to fulfill its obligations under law and/or to protect the Company's legitimate interests.

Information security and transfer outside of Israel:

User rights:

The Company respects your privacy and control over your personal information.

You may request to review the personal information about you held by the Company by writingtoDPO@pointer.com email. Subject to the provisions of the law, if you find that the information is incorrect and/or out of date, you may request its correction or deletion.

If you wish not to receive inquiries through marketing mailings on behalf of the Company, you may, at any time, notify the Company in accordance with the contact details appearing in this policy below or in accordance with the details appearing in the mailing itself (i.e. a link to "removal"), of your choice. In addition, if the information stored by the Company is used for personal contact with the User, based on belonging to a population group (known as "direct mail"), determined according to one or more characteristics in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, you are entitled to demand in writing the deletion of the relevant information.

It should be emphasized that after a request to be removed from the mailing list as aforesaid, the Company will not send you marketing messages, however, the Company may continue to send you inquiries required for the service (for example, responding to your inquiry, invoices, etc.).

It is clarified that information required by the Company in order to conduct its business – including documentation of actions you have performed – will continue to be stored with us by law, but will no longer be used for direct mail inquiries to you.
