Pointer THM is a safe system for transporting hazardous materials. Transportation of hazardous materials requires complex logistics, the purpose of which is to ensure first and foremost the issue of safety and handling malfunctions.
In order to help entities transporting hazardous materials cope with safety challenges and meet the requirements of the Ministry of Transport, Pointer developed the THM system, which was designed to be a central link in the chain of security procedures and tools in transportation.
The system includes a fleet management system, an accident detection sensor, and a dedicated panic button. In the event of an accident or malfunction, the system acts as a control and reporting tool from the incident scene. It enables the fleet manager to obtain real-time information and manage the incident swiftly and efficiently.
For a more comprehensive solution, the option exists to integrate a VOICE system to communicate with the driver following an accident, as well as call center services to receive alerts from the accident sensor and distress calls.
